The Tasting Room Experience
Step behind the bar and discover how we craft our small-batch beers right here on the Baja coast. Our nano-brewery produces 15 rotating taps of fresh, locally-inspired ales and lagers.
Our tasting room is where the ocean meets the brew kettle. Enjoy flights of our craft beers paired with fresh Baja cuisine, all while taking in views of the Pacific.
The Brewing Process
Milling & Mashing
Local grains are milled and mashed with Pacific water to extract fermentable sugars.
Boiling & Hopping
The wort is boiled and hops are added at precise intervals for bitterness and aroma.
Fermentation
Yeast transforms sugars into alcohol in our stainless steel tanks over 1–3 weeks.
Conditioning & Tapping
Each batch is conditioned to perfection before hitting our 15 taps fresh.
